Teacher and author, Jenny Marshall, was inspired by her experience of working with children with reading difficulties and disabilities when she started to develop this series of resources. Many parents approached her over the years asking for guidance on how to help their children learn to read. And after seeing reading challenges affect the self-esteem of many children she worked with, Jenny wanted to give parents the tools to support their children at home and also to share a powerful message with children – that they’ll learn to read in their own way and in their own time. To never give up.
